It was a pleasure working with Eric, Jade, Brody and their subcontractors for my basement renovation. The project included adding a bedroom, remodeling an older bathroom and turning a dark and dreary family room, that had not had anything upgraded in 30 years, into a place you want to hang out in! The attention to detail a family run business brings to the project is so appreciated. They were able to come up with suggestions and solutions that added so much to the final project. I absolutely love my new basement and can't wait to enjoy it with my family. Swencraft has also remodeled my kitchen and a bathroom in previous years which I continue to appreciate and enjoy. Eric and all the members of his team were wonderful and very professional. We had our kitchen totally remodeled. We were so impressed with Eric's communication as well as how organized he was with all of the different tasks that had to be completed. We hired Swencradt to replace a shower in the lower level. Eric from Swencraft came out on time and gave us a fair and accurate estimate. Jade and Brodie installed the shower and did a nice great job installing the shower and were neat leaving no mess when finished. I am very happy with the work done and the costs incurred. Also, All were friendly and polite.

I was looking to get a bathroom and small family room done in my unfinished basement. Older 1950's house so space/ceiling heigh were a concern. Talked to a few companies and was told that they didn't touch houses built before 1980 and remodels started at 100k. Found Swencraft and i couldn't be happier with the outcome. Eric came out and got a idea of what i was looking for and had some great ideas price was really reasonable. I went ahead and got the contract signed. Work started, the team (Brody and Jade) were great. They really did a phenomenal job, better then what i was thinking could even be done give the space/age of the house. i am more then happy with the outcome. i would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them if you are looking to get some work done.
